PLANS to build 408 homes on a former university campus have finally been submitted.
David Wilson Homes (DWH) has lodged a planning application for the Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) site in Alsager – which will also include 'extensive' sporting facilities.
The site has been earmarked for housing since MMU relocated staff and students to Crewe.
